King of Glory Preschool

Registration Requirements:

Register early to secure a space for your child! Spaces are limited!

You may schedule a tour of the preschool for any time, Monday through Thursday, by contacting the Preschool Office or completing the "Contact Us" form on this website.

A non-refundable registration fee of $180.00 is due at the time of registration. If you are enrolling more than one child, there is a 10% discount for the second child for registration and tuition fees.

Emergency Information Card

Proof of immunizations must accompany all new registrations. An official copy of the current immunization records must bear the stamp  or letterhead of the immunizing physician or clinic. Your doctor's office may scan this information and email it to the preschool at preschool@kogaz.org. Remember, all preschool children are required to have two doses of the Hepatitis A vaccine for entry into preschool.

For registration to be complete, your child needs a completed emergency card, official immunization records, a signed registration form, and the registration fee paid.
