The Extended Day Class gives parents more flexibility with their schedule and increases the time children are engaged in creative activities with their friends.
Throughout the school year, families have access to a treasure trove of picture and early reader books from the Children's Media Center. There are also DVD's available for children's viewing as well as parenting books.
Lunch Bunch is a delightful and helpful extension to the regular preschool day. Children have a longer time to interact with their friends and parents have extra time for errands or appointments.
Each month, the children enjoy Chapel Time in the KOG Church Sanctuary. This is a time where they sing fun bible songs, hear a meaningful bible message that correlates with their bible curriculum and learn the importance of prayer.
Each child has the opportunity to participate in the KOG Children's Garden in the fall and spring seasons. Each fall, the children plant many different vegetable seeds. With love, care and water, the seeds grow and the children harvest the vegetables in the spring.
Our classes have a low teacher to student ratio. This translates into more meaningful and individualized attention for each child while in class.

Before the school year begins, hosts a Child Orientation Day where each enrolled family comes to the classroom and meets their child's new teachers and sees the classroom. This is an informal meeting where the child can get to know their teacher at a stress-free time and begin that important connection that will last the entire school year.
